A talented Occupational Therapist is sought for a contract assignment at a dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County. Schedule Options:

  • Preference for SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday coverage

Qualifications:

  • Current California Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility under the 60-day rule if licensure is in process
  • Experience in skilled nursing (SNF) is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and uphold thorough documentation standards
  • Adaptable, cooperative work style
  • Willingness to float between nearby sister facilities within walking distance, as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients within the SNF setting
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
  • Collaborate regularly with an interdisciplinary team, contributing to holistic patient care
  • Ensure accurate and timely electronic documentation in Net Health in compliance with facility policies
