Schedule/Hours:
- Option for Guaranteed Hours (36 hours/week, requires at least 30 points/week; some weekend and out-of-area travel)
- Option for Non-Guaranteed Hours (caseload flexibility, weekend coverage may be required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments in patients homes
- Complete documentation for all types of home health visits (OASIS ReCertification, Routine, Evaluation, Discharge, etc.)
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families
- Maintain productivity expectations and fulfill patient visit requirements
- Adapt quickly to new environments, including seeing Covid+ and PUI patients as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapy licensure
- BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
- Updated TB test, MMR, Varicella, Hep B, TDap, and annual flu vaccination
- Drug screening and physical clearance
- NEW grads encouraged to applyon-the-job learning opportunities available
- Home health experience is a plus, but not required
