Schedule/Hours:
- Multiple scheduling options available: guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours.
- Weekend coverage may be required to secure a full case load.
- Flexible territory assignments within Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
- Must be open to seeing Covid+ and Covid PUI patients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services in a home health setting.
- Complete OASIS and routine evaluations, re-certifications, follow-ups, and discharges.
- Travel throughout assigned territory for patient visits, providing care and support.
- Accurately document visits and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life in their own homes.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid CA Occupational Therapist license.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and auto registration.
- Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hep B, TDap (within 10 years), and annual flu vaccine.
- Physical and drug screen clearance.
- Home health experience preferred but not requirednew graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.14 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
