Schedule/Hours
- Options for guaranteed or non-guaranteed weekly hours (36 hours guaranteed for qualifying candidates)
- Weekend coverage may be required for caseload fulfillment
- Flexible to travel within specified territories and outside core area if necessary
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapy License
- Valid BLS certification
- Drivers license, auto insurance, and registration
- Compliance with required vaccinations and screenings (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu)
- Ability to travel and cover assigned home health territories
- Open to working with Covid+ and PUI patients
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply; home health experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy visits in patients homes
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and necessary communication with interdisciplinary teams
- Cover a designated case load, balancing productivity expectations especially if selecting guaranteed hour option
- Adapt to changing patient assignments and collaborate across various neighborhoods

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.14 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
