Schedule/Hours

  • Options for guaranteed or non-guaranteed weekly hours (36 hours guaranteed for qualifying candidates)
  • Weekend coverage may be required for caseload fulfillment
  • Flexible to travel within specified territories and outside core area if necessary

Qualifications

  • Current California Occupational Therapy License
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Drivers license, auto insurance, and registration
  • Compliance with required vaccinations and screenings (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu)
  • Ability to travel and cover assigned home health territories
  • Open to working with Covid+ and PUI patients
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply; home health experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy visits in patients homes
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation and necessary communication with interdisciplinary teams
  • Cover a designated case load, balancing productivity expectations especially if selecting guaranteed hour option
  • Adapt to changing patient assignments and collaborate across various neighborhoods
