Schedule / Hours
- 36 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Alternate weekend rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
- Experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients within an acute care/skilled nursing setting
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at maximizing functional independence
- Document patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about rehabilitation and adaptive strategies
