As an occupational therapy professional stepping into a hospital-based role, you will be immersed in a diverse, collaborative workplace focused on delivering superior patient care and clinical excellence. Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week assignment
  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Work two weekend shifts per month (with a day off during the week)
  • Floating per facility needs

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience required
  • Active OT license (no temp licenses permitted)
  • Experience in neuro and orthopedic patient evaluations and treatments
  • Comfortable working in acute settings (Ortho, Tele, ICU)
  • Experience with Meditech documentation preferred
  • NDT or brain injury certification and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for in-patient rehab and acute care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Document all patient interactions per hospital guidelines
  • Float to other units as needed, consistent with facility policies
  • Adhere to dress code and professional appearance standards
