A unique opportunity awaits skilled Occupational Therapists interested in travel contracts at a large, fast-paced skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, California. This position calls for dedication to patient-centered therapy and the ability to thrive in a collaborative care environment.
Schedule Options:
- Preference for Sunday Thursday or Tuesday Saturday schedule
- Occasional floatation to a nearby sister facility within walking distance
Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility under the 60 Day Rule
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred; applications from new graduates are welcomed, and mentorship is available
- Proficient documentation and time-management skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations and deliver therapy services according to SNF guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with the facilitys interdisciplinary team to optimize patient progress
- Complete documentation efficiently using Net Health, meeting all facility standards

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
