Schedule/Hours:

• Preference for SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday shifts

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in California, or eligibility under the 60-day temporary allowance
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred; new graduates encouraged to applycomprehensive mentorship is available
• Excellent documentation and time-management capabilities
• Adaptable, collaborative, and professional mindset
• Willingness to float to a nearby sister facility as needed (within walking distance)

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing environment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy colleagues to develop and execute effective care strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Net Health, ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Support patients progress toward increased function, independence, and overall well-being
