With services spanning orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and musculoskeletal care, youll collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team and learn from various clinical and leadership styles, expanding your professional expertise and growing your resume.

Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (flexible start/end dates)
Qualifications:
- Current OT license (or eligibility) in Montana
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability to diverse patient needs and settings
- Enthusiasm for professional growth in a rural hospital environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to patients across multiple settings: hospital, nursing home, outpatient clinic, local schools, and home visits
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and musculoskeletal patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Engage in continuous learning and share knowledge with peers
