Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience in a hospital setting
- Active California OT license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced, diverse patient care environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services for acute and post-acute patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home care strategies
