Schedule/Hours:
- Schedule determined by patient caseload and geographic region within PHHs service area
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure, registered in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of home care OT experience
- At least 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare settings
- Proficient with various computer software applications; experience with hand-held patient care technology preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored occupational therapy services to a broad patient base in their homes
