Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Previous experience in a hospital environment preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient assessment skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for collaborative, multidisciplinary care
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy for patients with a variety of needs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate patient care
- Participate in patient and family education, discharge planning, and progress evaluations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulations
