Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years recent Occupational Therapy experience in a hospital setting
- Active California OT license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Outstanding assessment, intervention, and communication abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse patient population
- Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy, monitoring progress and adapting approaches as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with hospital standards
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
