Youll be part of a dynamic therapy department delivering a wide spectrum of rehab services, including outpatient and inpatient care, hydrotherapy, pediatric therapy, and innovative programs such as LSVT Big and Loud and pelvic health therapy. Serving patients from local Montanans to visitors from neighboring states and even Canada, this role is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in unique professional challenges, collaborate with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary medical staff, and broaden your clinical perspective.

Take full advantage of a setting where you'll manage orthopedic, neurological, and developmentally delayed pediatric cases, as well as musculoskeletal injuries. Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel/contract assignment

Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
  • Experience in hospital, clinic, or outpatient settings preferred
  • Background in providing therapy across diverse populations (pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and neurological cases)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality OT services in both inpatient and outpatient environments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurse practitioners, and PTs
  • Complete therapy documentation and patient progress reports
  • Participate in departmental programs such as dry needling, hydrotherapy, and community wellness initiatives
  • Provide care at the main hospital, long-term care facility, outpatient clinic, and on community visits
