Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible arrangements: choose guaranteed 36 hours/week (minimum productivity required) or a non-guaranteed hours structure
  • Weekend visits may be required to sustain a full caseload

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current drivers license, auto registration, and insurance
  • Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual)
  • Drug screen and physical exam clearance
  • Home health experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations, develop care plans, and execute therapeutic interventions in varied home health environments
  • Manage documentation and communication efficiently, including OASIS activities (Recert, RoC, Eval, Discharge, Follow-ups)
  • Serve a broad territory and adapt to schedule changes as needed to meet patient needs
