Schedule/Hours:

  • Choice of guaranteed hours (minimum productivity expectations apply) or non-guaranteed hours.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
  • Travel within assigned counties with possible flexibility beyond the immediate region.

Qualifications:

  • Current California OT license.
  • BLS certification.
  • Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and registration.
  • Up-to-date on TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), and annual Flu.
  • Able to complete a drug screen and physical.
  • Home health experience preferred but not requirednew grads welcome!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes across multiple communities.
  • Manage patient caseload to meet weekly visit expectations.
  • Complete all visit documentation, communication, and follow-up per established standards.
  • Engage with patients across the continuum of care, including evaluations, routine visits, and discharge planning.
