Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Includes two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts
• Potential to flex shifts if needed

Qualifications:

• Current, active license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in a hospital or acute care environment strongly preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and clinical settings
• Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Willingness to float between different hospital units as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for patients with varied diagnoses
• Develop, document, and evaluate individualized treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams for comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and exercises to support recovery
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with hospital protocols
• Participate in discharge planning and recommendations for continued care
