Deliver exceptional patient care as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract opportunity gives you the chance to work with a diverse patient population alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team. The role offers exposure across multiple sites, supporting growth and flexibility in your therapy career.

Schedule:

• 4 shifts at 10 hours each per week
• Includes 2 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts
• Float between multiple hospital locations as part of your assignment
• Flexibility with shift scheduling available when needed

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license
• Prior clinical experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly between different hospital departments and patient care teams
• Solid knowledge of evidence-based OT practices for acute care and inpatient rehabilitation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and administer patient-specific occupational therapy interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and therapy plans clearly and accurately in EMR systems
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercises, and next steps
• Actively participate in care transitions as patients are discharged or change status within the hospital
• Support quality initiatives and workplace safety standards
