Schedule/Hours:
- Preference for SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday schedules
Key Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapy license (or pending under the 60 Day Rule)
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship available)
- Demonstrated proficiency in documentation and effective time management skills
- Easy adaptability and readiness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team
- Willingness to float to a nearby sister facility as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and deliver treatment to patients within a skilled nursing facility
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to create and follow individualized patient care plans
- Complete timely, accurate documentation in Net Health in accordance with facility standards
- Maintain open communication with staff, patients, and families to support comprehensive patient care
This position provides the exposure to a large, active facility with ongoing mentorship for new OTs and a supportive atmosphere for continued professional growth.
