Schedule Options:

• Sunday through Thursday or
• Tuesday through Saturday

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapy license in California (or eligible under the 60-day rule)
• Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to applymentorship is available
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues
• Openness to occasionally float to a nearby sister facility (within walking distance)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions that support rehabilitation and maximize patient independence
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in Net Health, adhering to all facility and regulatory standards
