Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in Arizona or compact state eligibility

  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in an acute rehabilitation hospital unit

  • Document all interventions in accordance with hospital standards and guidelines
  • Educate patients and families to support optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with nursing, physical therapy, and other clinical services
