An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide essential therapy services within a hospital setting. This role offers a dynamic schedule comprised of four 10-hour shifts per week, including two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts. Flexibility is available for shift scheduling to help accommodate your preferences. The position involves floating between three facilities, allowing you to broaden your clinical experience and make a meaningful impact across multiple care settings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist license
• Prior experience providing therapy in a hospital or acute care environment strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapy interventions, treatment planning, and patient-centered care
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and facility settings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for patients with diverse diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and adaptive equipment use
• Accurately document all patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards
• Rotate between assigned facilities as needed, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care
