Job Description

Schedule Options:

  • Preference given to SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday shifts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license in California (or license in process under the 60-Day Rule).
  • Experience in skilled nursing preferred; new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent time management and documentation skills, with familiarity in Net Health or similar therapy software.
  • Flexible attitude, comfortable adapting to changing caseloads.
  • Willingness to occasionally float to a sister facility within walking distance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individual treatment plans for patients in the skilled nursing facility.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to support patient mobility, safety, and daily function.
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, sharing insights and collaborating to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation consistent with facility guidelines and therapy best practices.
