Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time travel assignment

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license
  • Experience in both outpatient and acute care (preferred)
  • Ability to assess and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient
  • Skill in supervising Occupational Therapist Assistants, Aides, and students
  • Proficient with care documentation and Microsoft Windows software
  • Strong communication, teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • Physical ability to perform medium demand work and compliance with PPE requirements

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement patient-centered OT treatments
  • Deliver hands-on therapy for skeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions
  • Submit and update treatment regimens, coordinating with physicians and care teams
  • Educate patients and families regarding pathology, prognosis, and home programs
  • Recommend and arrange for adaptive equipment as necessary
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation for compliance and billing
  • Foster quality, innovation, and process improvement within the department and community
