As part of the Outpatient Rehabilitation team, you'll play a vital role in patient recovery, accessing advanced resources and modern facilities. This opportunity not only enhances your clinical skills but also provides invaluable exposure to a breadth of treatment modalities and approaches.

Schedule/Hours:

• One-on-one patient care, with 45-minute sessions scheduled hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized OT treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians, families, and other care professionals to set meaningful goals
• Routinely reassess and revise treatment plans based on patient progress
• Utilize evidence-based OT interventions and modalities
• Keep timely, compliant documentation for patient records and insurance requirements
• Participate in a team-oriented, patient-first environment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program; current CA OT license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Outpatient and hand therapy experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and collaboration skills
