Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, travel assignment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in hospital and/or home health settings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Flexibility and adaptability to new environments
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver home health occupational therapy interventions for diverse patient populations
- Design treatment sessions to improve physical, social, and mental well-being
- Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care teams
- Customize therapeutic activities to individual patient goals and progress
- Document patient status, progress, and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families for optimal outcomes and independence
