Role Overview:

• 5-day workweek, Monday through Friday
• Requires flexibility, with floating between Herrin, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, and St. Joseph's facilities as needed
• Exposure to multiple patient types and departments, including acute rehab, ICU, medical/surgical, PCU, and emergency
• Flexible shifts available to accommodate your needs

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license (state of Illinois or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification required for all departments
• Depending on assignment area, may require ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS; ICU settings may prefer CSU-ALS
• Previous hospital-based experience and adaptability to varying clinical settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions in diverse clinical settings
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
