Schedule/Hours:
- Two scheduling options: Guaranteed hours (36-hour/week minimum, with productivity goals), or Non-guaranteed hours (flexible caseload, per-visit pay basis)
- Weekend coverage may be required; flexibility to travel outside main service areas occasionally
Qualifications:
- Current CA Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification (required)
- Valid drivers license, auto registration, and insurance
- Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (within 10 years), Flu (annual)
- Drug screen and physical examination clearance
- Welcoming new graduates; home health experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality home health occupational therapy including evaluation, OASIS recertification, follow-up, and discharge visits
- Accurately document patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain productivity standards and willingness to travel as needed
- Provide care for varied patient populations, including COVID+ if required
