Schedule/Hours:
- 36-hour guarantee (if selected) with weekend work possible
- Option for non-guaranteed hours as workload allows

Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapist license
- BLS certification
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and registration
- Ability to travel between patient locations; occasional weekend work
- Up-to-date immunizations (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu)
- Ability to pass drug screen and physical
- Home health experience preferred, but new graduates welcome!
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and interventions in a home health setting
- Complete all necessary documentation efficiently and accurately
- Travel throughout assigned territory to serve a diverse clientele
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety and healthcare regulations
