Schedule/Hours:

  • 36-hour guarantee (if selected) with weekend work possible
  • Option for non-guaranteed hours as workload allows

Qualifications:

  • Current California Occupational Therapist license
  • BLS certification
  • Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and registration
  • Ability to travel between patient locations; occasional weekend work
  • Up-to-date immunizations (TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap, Flu)
  • Ability to pass drug screen and physical
  • Home health experience preferred, but new graduates welcome!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations and interventions in a home health setting
  • Complete all necessary documentation efficiently and accurately
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to serve a diverse clientele
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams for optimal patient outcomes
