Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Clinical experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred
- Confident in planning and leading treatment programs focused on restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions
- Ability to serve as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary care environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement individualized treatment segments in alignment with department objectives
- Facilitate patient progress toward therapeutic goals in collaboration with the care team
- Serve as a co-leader, contributing insights and expertise to interdisciplinary patient groups
