Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Monday through Friday shifts
- Alternate weekend rotation
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Acute care or hospital-based therapy skills
- Skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients recovering from illness or surgery
- Assess patient progress and modify interventions as needed
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation
