Key Qualifications:
- Active CA Occupational Therapist license
- BLS certification
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and registration
- Up-to-date immunizations: TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), annual flu vaccine
- Willingness to travel within assigned counties and provide weekend coverage as needed
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services in patients homes, including evaluations, plan of care, reassessments, and discharges
- Accurately complete OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families
- Support patients with COVID-related diagnoses as needed
- Manage caseload and travel efficiently across assigned regions
