Schedule Options Include:

• Guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours based on your preference.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to patients across your assigned region.
• Complete all required home health documentation, including OASIS evaluations and progress tracking.
• Manage visit schedules and uphold weekly productivity standards, adapting to caseload fluctuations.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to create effective, individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA Occupational Therapy license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Drivers license, auto insurance/registration, and reliable transportation.
• Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (10 years), annual Flu.
• Physical and drug screening clearance.
• Home health experience is a plus but not required.
