Schedule Options Include:
- Guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours based on your preference.
- Possibility of weekend assignments.

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to patients across your assigned region.
- Complete all required home health documentation, including OASIS evaluations and progress tracking.
- Manage visit schedules and uphold weekly productivity standards, adapting to caseload fluctuations.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to create effective, individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid CA Occupational Therapy license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Drivers license, auto insurance/registration, and reliable transportation.
- Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (10 years), annual Flu.
- Physical and drug screening clearance.
- Home health experience is a plus but not required.
