Qualifications:
- Current OT licensure in Montana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous hospital-based and/or multi-setting therapy experience preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care planning skills
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and initiative in dynamic settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services in both hospital and outpatient settings
- Provide care to diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, neurologic, and pediatric cases
- Participate in local school visits and home care programs
- Coordinate with PTs, SLPs, and other therapists for comprehensive patient rehab plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
