As part of a dynamic Therapy Department, professionals benefit from a variety of patient cases and innovative treatment services. Expectations & Schedule:
- Provide Occupational Therapy services across outpatient, inpatient, nursing home, school, and home care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft comprehensive treatment plans
- Serve a broad patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, developmentally delayed pediatric, and musculoskeletal cases
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in continuous learning alongside expert physicians, nurse practitioners, and specialists
Qualifications:
- Active OT license to practice in MT (or eligibility to obtain)
- Recent experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Adaptability in managing diverse patient populations and environments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
