Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week assignment, guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two weekend shifts a month (weekday off provided)
  • Floating to various hospital units as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active OT license (temporary licenses not accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an inpatient rehab and/or hospital environment
  • Strong experience with neuro and orthopedic patient evaluations/treatments
  • Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
  • Preferred: 2-3 years acute/rehab experience, NDT or brain injury certifications, bilingual English/Spanish skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy for inpatients (neuro and ortho focus)
  • Complete timely evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in Ortho, Tele, and ICU settings
  • Maintain compliance with dress standards: sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pants, and adhere to professional appearance guidelines
