This position focuses on delivering impactful Occupational Therapy services within a hospital home health environment. Youll take a central role in developing and implementing creative treatment programs that address physical, social, and mental health needs. Additionally, youll collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, gaining valuable insight into interdisciplinary teamwork and patient-centered care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel position with flexible scheduling

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, valid Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in California
  • Experience in hospital or home health settings preferred
  • Ability to design, plan, and conduct therapy sessions for diverse populations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially within interdisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to evidence-based and patient-focused treatment

Major Responsibilities:
