Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week assignment, 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, two weekend shifts per month (with a weekday off)
  • Call requirements discussed during interview

Qualifications:

  • Active OT license required (temporary licenses not accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital and/or in-patient rehab experience
  • Proficiency in neuro and ortho patient evaluations and treatments (acute/rehab)
  • Experience in acute hospital (ortho, telemetry, ICU) preferred
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) or NDT/brain injury certification a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive in-patient occupational therapy: neuro and ortho evaluations & treatments
  • Rotate (float) to other therapy units as needed
  • Utilize Meditech for documentation
  • Adhere to facility dress code: sage green/olive scrub top, black pants, and jacket; maintain professional appearance
