Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shifts: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • One Saturday per month
  • Holiday coverage may be required

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least one year of acute care occupational therapy experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • Active NM or compact state OT license
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced hospital settings
  • Strong communication and patient-centered skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions across a variety of acute care needs
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care in compliance with hospital standards
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic goals and home exercise regimens
