Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Includes two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts
• Flexibility on shift start times if required

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience delivering therapy in a hospital setting is highly preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly and provide care across various departments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to float between multiple sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in acute care environments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain clear, thorough records
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic techniques to support rehabilitation goals
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to hospital policies throughout all assignments
