Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients needs for occupational therapy intervention
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and therapy peers
  • Document patient progress and update care plans accordingly
  • Participate in case conferences and family education as needed
