Youll focus exclusively on acute rehabno floating to other rehab areasgiving you the chance to sharpen and expand your skills in intensive patient care. Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekends
- Acute rehab setting (100% acute care caseload)
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure
- Demonstrated acute care experience required
- Previous experience in an acute hospital rehab environment preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatments for acute rehab patients
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and techniques to enhance outcomes
- Document clinical evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with facility protocols
