Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible options: guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours
  • Guaranteed: Typically 36 hours/week with a productivity standard; willingness to travel or cover weekends as needed
  • Non-guaranteed: Flexible caseload; occasional travel outside primary area; weekend coverage may be required

Desired Experience & Required Qualifications:

  • California Occupational Therapist license (required)
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance & auto registration
  • Up-to-date immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), annual flu shot
  • Physical and drug screen clearance
  • Home health experience valued but not mandatoryNEW graduates encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions in home settings
  • Complete visit documentation and communication efficiently (visit types include OASIS, routine, discharges, evaluations, and follow-ups)
  • Travel within assigned counties as required
  • Engage with a broad spectrum of patient populations, including Covid+ and PUI cases
  • Maintain flexible scheduling, including some weekend or area coverage
