Schedule/Hours:

  • Choose between guaranteed hours (36 hours/week, 27 weekly productivity points, some weekends and travel required) or non-guaranteed hours (caseload flexibility, may include weekends and occasional travel outside primary area).

Qualifications:

  • Current California OT license
  • BLS certification
  • Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and registration
  • Up-to-date health clearances: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual), drug screen, and physical
  • New graduates welcome; home health experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive OT services in patient homes across assigned territories
  • Complete and document visits, including OASIS and standard evaluations, follow-ups, discharges, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and communication with patients, families, and providers
  • Adapt to dynamic caseloads and participate in weekend rotations as needed
