Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment, flexible shifts
  • Full-time schedules available

Qualifications:

  • Active OT license in North Carolina (or eligibility)
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Prior clinical experience in acute hospital/rehabilitation setting strongly preferred
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Adaptability and passion for positive patient impact

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled Occupational Therapy interventions to diverse patients in a large, innovative hospital setting
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate daily with nurses, physicians, and case management to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document progress and adjust care plans based on evidenced-based practices and patient needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
