Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment, flexible shifts
- Full-time schedules available
Qualifications:
- Active OT license in North Carolina (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Prior clinical experience in acute hospital/rehabilitation setting strongly preferred
- Strong team and communication skills
- Adaptability and passion for positive patient impact
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled Occupational Therapy interventions to diverse patients in a large, innovative hospital setting
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate daily with nurses, physicians, and case management to optimize patient outcomes
- Document progress and adjust care plans based on evidenced-based practices and patient needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
