Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience in a hospital setting
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to adapt to new environments quickly
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement a wide range of OT interventions, focusing on restoring independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team for comprehensive care
