Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Occupational Therapy services to hospital patients of varying ages and conditions
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatments

  • Document patient progress and update treatment plans within hospital guidelines

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Occupational Therapy license (OT) for Oregon, or eligibility to obtain licensure
