Preferred Qualifications:
- Active COTA license, eligible to practice in California
- Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting strongly preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and protocols

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Occupational Therapists in implementing effective treatment plans
- Assist in evaluating patient progress and adjusting interventions
- Educate patients and families about therapy goals and exercises
- Document patient responses and maintain accurate records
