Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
  • Current, valid licensing in California (or eligibility for speedy licensure)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, patient-first approach
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team structures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing occupational therapy care plans under OT supervision
  • Engage patients in therapeutic activities that support independence and mobility
  • Document patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to discharge planning
