Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (or higher) from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • Previous hospital therapy experience preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to varied patient populations and hospital protocols

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy under the supervision of an OTR/L
  • Assist patients in improving functional abilities for daily living
  • Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in care planning and offer input on therapeutic interventions
  • Adhere to facility and regulatory standards to ensure quality care
