Job Position Overview: As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with our team in Kansas City, KS, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of individuals with communication disorders and delays. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine individuals' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals
Provide direct therapy services to individuals in individual or group settings
Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support individual progress
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and individual progress
Participate in team meetings and provide input on treatment plans and goals

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Kansas state license in Speech Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure
Previous experience working with individuals with communication disorders preferred
