Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a Special Education Teacher for a position in the Cleveland Heights, OH area. Join our team and play a crucial role in providing exceptional educational support to students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing individualized lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Providing direct instruction and support across various subjects and skill levels
Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and success

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Ohio state certification in Special Education
Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
