Are you a dedicated Special Education Teacher looking for an opportunity to positively impact the lives of students in Carmel, IN? Sunbelt is seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our team for the upcoming school year. As a Special Education Teacher, you will have the chance to work with students with diverse learning needs, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.

Responsibilities For Special Education Teacher Job:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
Provide direct instruction and support in various academic subjects, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure the success of each student.
Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to promote growth and achievement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and progress.

Qualifications For Job:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid Special Education teaching license/certification in the state of Indiana.
Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Positive attitude and passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special needs.

This is a full-time position for the upcoming school year.
Multiple caseloads are available, providing opportunities to work with students across a range of needs.
