Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a part-time position with extended school hours, with the opportunity to transition to full-time hours for the next school year in Modesto, CA. Please send resumes to: [email protected]

Job Position Overview: As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with our team in Modesto, CA, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct and indirect services to students. This part-time position offers extended school hours, with the potential for full-time hours in the upcoming school year.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language services to students under the supervision of an SLP
Assist with the implementation of therapy plans and activities
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with team members

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field
California state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Job Hours:

Part-time position with extended school hours
Full-time hours available for the next school year (2024-2025)
