Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a committed Certified Nursing Assistant with a minimum of 1 year's experience in Psychiatric or Long-Term Care (LTC) settings for an exciting opportunity in Warm Springs, Montana. This role ensures a 36-hour work week for a 26-week contract duration, with potential for overtime. Candidates should be prepared to participate in a 5-day training orientation focused on De-escalation & Crisis Management.
Requirements:

Possession of a valid CNA certification with at least 1 year of experience in Psychiatric or Long-Term Care settings.
Ability to adapt flexibly to varying work schedules and assignments.
Completion of the Montana CNA license application is required prior to employment.
Availability to attend a 5-day training orientation on De-escalation & Crisis Management.

Additional Information:

Guaranteed 36-hour work week for 26 weeks.
Overtime opportunities available.
